About Innovalidate

Innovalidate is a Strategic Decision Intelligence company helping leadership teams make important decisions under complexity and uncertainty.

Its core system, InnoSprint™, is a 10-Day Strategic Decision System designed to help leadership teams move from a complex strategic challenge to a clear decision, committed priorities, and a focused 90-day execution roadmap.

The methodology and initial commercial foundations are in place.

Now we are building and validating the commercial engine.

The Role

We are looking for one Commercial Co-Founder / Growth Partner to help build the initial commercial engine for InnoSprint™, starting with the UK and Nordic markets.

This is not a conventional sales job and not an SDR or lead-generation role.

Your mission is:

  • Create → Qualify → Develop → Close

You will:

  • Identify target companies, relevant business triggers, and decision-makers
  • Open conversations with CEOs, Founders, Managing Directors, and senior leaders
  • Recognize where a strategic decision creates a potential InnoSprint™ opportunity
  • Qualify the decision, urgency, stakeholders, and buying context
  • Lead or support discovery conversations
  • Develop qualified opportunities into proposals
  • Present, negotiate, and close paid pilots and initial engagements
  • Develop relevant partnerships and referral channels
  • Turn market learning into a repeatable commercial process

This role combines sales execution, commercial judgement, and market development.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced B2B commercial professional who has demonstrated the ability to create and win business.

Relevant backgrounds may include:

  • Strategy / management consulting
  • Innovation / transformation
  • Professional services
  • B2B SaaS / technology
  • Complex B2B solutions
  • Enterprise sales / business development
  • Strategic partnerships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What matters most is evidence that you can:

  • Create opportunities → understand the business problem → navigate the buying process → build confidence → close.

We particularly value:

  • Experience selling complex or intangible B2B offerings
  • Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills
  • Experience selling to senior decision-makers
  • Ability to understand ambiguous business situations
  • Ability to identify the strategic decision behind a business problem
  • Relevant commercial relationships or market access in the UK and/or Nordic markets
  • Independence and sound commercial judgement
  • Strong English communication

You do not need to be an innovation consultant. The methodology and commercial materials are provided.

What matters is your ability to create relationships, develop opportunities, and turn them into business.

Market Focus

UK + Nordics

The initial focus is deliberately narrow: build commercial traction in these markets before expanding further.

You do not need to be based there. What matters is credible access to relevant companies, decision-makers, and networks in these markets.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days:

  • Build a target-account pipeline, test messaging, and generate qualified conversations.

By 60 days:

  • Develop qualified opportunities, proposals, and active commercial discussions.

By 90 days:

  • Close at least one paid InnoSprint™ pilot/client, or establish a strong, verifiable near-term pipeline with a repeatable commercial process.

The objective is commercial evidence and signed business — not activity for activity's sake.

This is an early-stage commercial build.

There is no established sales organisation or mature pipeline to inherit.

The initial collaboration is part-time and performance-based, with compensation linked to commercial results.

As the relationship develops and contribution is demonstrated, there is potential to evolve into a longer-term Growth Partner / Co-Founder relationship, including potential equity participation and/or a broader paid commercial leadership role.

The exact long-term structure would be discussed based on contribution, responsibility, commitment, and results.

Why Join Now?

The methodology is built.

The commercial engine is not.

The right person will help shape:

  • Who we sell to → Why they buy → How we reach them → How we qualify → How we close → How we repeat

This is an opportunity to help build the first commercial customer base and potentially grow into a broader commercial leadership role as InnoSprint™ develops.

Interested?

Please send a short message answering:

  1. What complex B2B products or services have you successfully sold?
  2. Which senior decision-makers have you sold to?
  3. Give one example of an opportunity you personally helped create and close. What was your specific contribution?
  4. What relevant relationships or market access can you bring in the UK and/or Nordics?
  5. Why does building the commercial side of InnoSprint™ interest you?
  6. What level of weekly commitment can you realistically make?

Please don't send a generic CV without context.

We are interested in demonstrated commercial execution, strategic selling ability, relevant market access, and the willingness to build from an early stage.

If you can build a commercial engine from the ground up, we'd like to hear from you.
