About

Interview Passport (hire.interviewpassport.ai) is an official UK Innovator Founder Visa-endorsed tech startup founded by a Stanford CS alum and multi-time exit founder. We intend to help technical hiring, especially for startups, by delivering independent, 1-on-1 candidate technical screens conducted by world-class domain experts (ex-Google, Meta, Apple) with feedback, score, suggested next steps and transcript ("Interview Passport")

The core product is live, operational, and validated: our initial pilot client startup has completed 9 paid interviews. We are now hiring a Commercial / GTM Co-Founder to drive market penetration and revenue across the UK and European startup ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market Execution: Build, test, and scale outbound sales targeting CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Talent Leads, and agency directors across UK/Europe.
  • Pipeline & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to conversion and recurring account onboarding.
  • Market Feedback Loop: Work directly with the Founder to refine product packaging, sales collateral, and pricing based on live client conversations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
