About the Role
We are looking for an assistant commercial/company solicitor to join our firm and support our commercial and company lawyers.
The successful candidate will ideally have up to 5 years’ PQE and will work closely with our company and commercial solicitors. The role will involve assisting with a mix of commercial contracts, company work and related transactional matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to build experience across a varied caseload while developing their technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:
- Up to 5 years’ PQE
- Excellent attention to detail
- Some experience of commercial contracts and company work, or a strong interest in developing in this area
- Ability to work closely with senior solicitors and contribute as part of a team
