About The Role

A Commercial Company Solicitor is sought by an established law firm in Shropshire to handle a broad caseload. This full-time, permanent position offers hybrid working and a competitive salary. The successful candidate, with at least two years’ PQE, will advise a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger enterprises, on corporate transactions and commercial agreements. The Role

The firm is seeking a talented Company Commercial Solicitor to join a successful and growing team. The role will involve advising a varied client portfolio, from owner-managed SMEs through to larger organisations, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

The successful solicitor will have the opportunity to work across areas including:

The Candidate

We are interested in hearing from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE who are looking for a role offering quality work, responsibility, and long-term progression.

  • Strong technical expertise across corporate and commercial law
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A sound understanding of clients’ commercial objectives
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
