Future Talent Group has partnered with a leading commercial consultancy known for its deep defence and nuclear-sector presence to find Commercial Performance Consultants for a major client in the nuclear space.

You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders, translating commercial performance into clear, actionable insight that supports better decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Lead and coordinate the development of key commercial reporting outputs across the organisation

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all commercial reporting outputs
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholders
  • Set and maintain documentation and governance standards for reporting processes

What You'll Bring

  • Strong commercial acumen and genuine curiosity about how a commercial function operates
  • Confident, senior-level stakeholder engagement — comfortable challenging and influencing at pace
  • A sharp, switched-on mindset — this isn't about deep niche experience in commercial performance specifically, it's about being able to pick things up quickly and add value fast
  • For the senior grade: some exposure to NEC contracts is a strong plus, helping you speak the same language as your stakeholders from day one

Clearance

SC clearance is strongly preferred. Candidates who don't currently hold SC but have a high confidence of obtaining it (BPSS holders, for example) will also be considered.
