Frontify

Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.

We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.

What You’ll Shape

In this role, you’ll create the commercial content that helps Frontify teams tell stronger stories, bring our value to life, and move customer conversations forward.

From sales decks and business cases to customer and partner materials, you’ll turn briefs into clear, persuasive, on-brand content that makes an impact. You’ll own the process from request to delivery while building reusable content that helps teams move faster and do their best work.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, you’ll connect customer and market insights with the stories our commercial teams need to create meaningful customer conversations.

What You’ll Do

  • Own commercial content from brief to delivery, creating compelling decks, business cases, one-pagers, and customer-facing materials.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand the audience, objective, and opportunity behind each request, shaping briefs and challenging scope when needed.
  • Prioritize competing requests based on business impact, urgency, and effort, balancing planned work with time-sensitive commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain and evolve the master commercial deck, keeping content current and creating reusable slides and modules that help teams tell stronger stories, faster.
  • Build and maintain a trusted commercial content library, making it easy for teams to find and use the right content.
  • Turn recurring requests into scalable templates and content that reduce one-off work and make life easier for commercial teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing to turn customer insights, market trends, campaigns, and messaging into relevant commercial stories.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio to make sure commercial content is clear, accurate, consistent, and unmistakably Frontify.
  • Keep existing content fresh and relevant, consolidating or retiring materials as messaging, data, proof points, and priorities evolve.
  • Work in a hybrid setup, spending two days per week in our London office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
