About the Role
The Commercial Contract Specialist is responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance and mitigating risk when reviewing and approving commercial contract terms (purchase orders, tenders, sales agreements).
- Reporting to the Commercial Contracts Manager as part of the Commercial Contracts team in Little Chalfont.
- This is an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

Risk assessment & approvals
- Review commercial contracts to identify non-standard terms/conditions and potential risks.
- Flag issues to cross-functional teams for review.

Contract administration & process management
- Administer and monitor contract approval workflows, collaborating with:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Legal
- Finance & controllership
- Tax (where applicable)
- Provide contract reporting, status tracking, and support in contract management lifecycle including:
- Tracking entry into systems
- Facilitating electronic/signed contract approvals
- Administer and monitor contract approval workflows, collaborating with:

Operational support & training
- Train colleagues on contract processes as needed.
- Assist in contracts management system optimization.

Process improvement & system work
- Identify and implement efficiency gains in contracts execution.
Who You Are

Experience: College degree + extensive work experience in a similar role.

** Commercial expertise**:
- Extensive experience managing commercial contract terms and approvals.
- Proficiency in reviewing purchase orders and sales agreements—especially in high-volume environments.
- Proven track record in prioritization & risk mitigation during fast-paced decision-making.

Communication skills:
- Exceptional writing and communication, both in clear documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Bonus: Experience with Salesforce/SFDC and contract lifecycle management systems.

Nice to Have
- Additional language skills (Spanish or Italian) would be useful.
