Commercial Contracts Compliance Director
Location: London | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3-4 days in office)

This is a high-profile leadership role partnering with senior Commercial Finance and Compliance executives to ensure contractual commitments are met, commercial risk is minimized, and governance supports business growth.

- Lead key client compliance audits
- Interpret complex commercial contracts
- Strengthen controls and processes

About You
- Ideally be a qualified accountant
- Significant experience in contract compliance, ideally within a complex commercial environment
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Confidence to influence senior leaders and negotiate compliance and commercial matters
