Commercial Contracts Manager | IT Services | UK Remote

We're supporting a growing UK IT Services Provider as they look to appoint an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to establish and lead their commercial contracting function.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape commercial governance across a fast-growing technology business, owning the full contract lifecycle for both customers and suppliers while partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery and Technical teams.

If you enjoy combining commercial negotiation with strategic governance and want the autonomy to build best practice within a collaborative organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Commercial Contracts Manager, you'll become the commercial authority across the business, ensuring contracts are commercially robust, appropriately governed and effectively managed from initial bid through to renewal or exit.

You'll work closely with commercial, technical and operational teams to support business growth whilst protecting commercial interests and reducing contractual risk.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
