Commercial Contracts Manager - Turnkey Renewable Projects - UK
A well-established renewables business that operates across Europe is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join the growing team in the UK.
In this role, you will act as a key advisor on commercial contractual matters throughout the development, tender, and execution phases of a diverse range projects relating to renewable energy.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts during the tender phase, with a strong focus on EPC agreements
- Prepare and present risk and opportunity assessments to internal stakeholders
- Develop and optimize processes to mitigate project-related risks
- Manage and defend against third-party claims, particularly in the supply chain

- Strong experience with EPC contracts
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Pragmatic, confident, and resilient in complex settings
- Strategic mindset with the ability to enforce and defend claims
- Skilled in drafting clear and persuasive legal correspondence
- Experience or strong interest in renewable energy
