Commercial Contracts Manager & Legal Advisor
Location: Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Chesterfield
The Role
Take ownership of the full contractual lifecycle for engineered projects, from reviewing NDAs and negotiating contracts through to project governance, claims management and dispute resolution. You'll provide commercial and non-contentious legal support, helping secure commercially sound agreements while managing contractual risk and supporting successful project delivery.

Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience drafting and negotiating complex project agreements
- Strong knowledge of liability, indemnities, warranties, liquidated damages, insurance and performance security
- Confident negotiator with strong commercial judgement
- Degree in Law or Quantity Surveying

The Package
- £60,000-£70,000 basic salary
- Company car or car allowance
