Commercial Contracts Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Birmingham
£65,000 – £75,000 + Bonus
Hybrid Working | International Law Firm
I’m currently working with a leading international law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Contracts Solicitor, ideally 3+ PQE, to join its established Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor who enjoys the variety of a broad commercial practice and wants exposure to high-quality work within an international firm, while still maintaining a genuinely good work-life balance.
The role will have a strong focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, working with a varied client base across a number of different sectors.
The role
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advise clients on general commercial, contractual and strategic matters
- Manage your own matters with support from experienced Partners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s UK and international network
- Develop direct relationships with clients and become a trusted commercial adviser
- Get involved in business development and wider team initiatives
- Build towards the next stage of your career with clear progression opportunities

What are they looking for?
You’ll ideally be a 3+ PQE Commercial Solicitor with experience advising on a broad range of commercial contracts.
The team is particularly interested in someone who enjoys general commercial work, rather than being restricted to one narrow specialism, and who wants to continue developing within a collaborative and supportive team.
