Overview
Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial law firm offering high profile client work, increasing responsibility and genuine career progression.
- Advise on a broad range of commercial matters including general commercial contracts, IT, intellectual property, privacy and data protection.
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including supply, purchase and distribution agreements, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing contracts and technology agreements.
- Work with a diverse client base ranging from ambitious SMEs to national and international brands.
- Take ownership of matters and play an active role in strategic client projects.
- Build strong, long term relationships with clients and provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
