The Role
You will work alongside experienced commercial lawyers advising a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients across a broad range of commercial matters.
Your Work Will Include
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Advising clients on contractual risk and commercial strategy.
- Supporting clients throughout the full contract lifecycle.
- Advising on terms and conditions, supply and distribution agreements, services agreements, NDAs, and other commercial arrangements.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a seamless service to clients.
- Developing strong and trusted relationships with clients and becoming a key point of contact for ongoing commercial advice.
About You
We are looking for a 4+ PQE Commercial Contracts Solicitor with:
- Strong experience in general commercial contracts.
- A solid grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent technical and commercial awareness.
- The ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience gained within a national or leading regional law firm.
- A genuine interest in developing your career within a high-quality commercial practice.
