Overview

Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial law firm offering high profile client work, increasing responsibility and genuine career progression.

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial matters including general commercial contracts, IT, intellectual property, privacy and data protection.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including supply, purchase and distribution agreements, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing contracts and technology agreements.
  • Work with a diverse client base ranging from ambitious SMEs to national and international brands.
  • Take ownership of matters and play an active role in strategic client projects.
  • Build strong, long term relationships with clients and provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.

Suitable for qualified Solicitors with 3:5 years PQE in commercial law.

  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts is essential.
  • Experience of IT related matters including SaaS agreements, software licensing and systems integration would be highly desirable.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and confident in managing your own workload.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills required.
