About The Role

The Commercial Contracts (Solicitor) Partner position in Birmingham offers a partnership pathway within a national law firm. This full-time role requires a solicitor with an established, portable client following who can contribute to practice growth. You will advise diverse businesses on complex, high-value agreements, playing a central part in strengthening the firm’s commercial offering from its Birmingham base. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Commercial Contracts Partner to join the Birmingham office of a highly regarded national law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Partner who has an established and transferable client following and is looking for a platform from which to further develop their practice.

The Opportunity

The firm is looking to strengthen its commercial offering in Birmingham with the appointment of a Commercial Contracts Partner who can bring their own clients and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

You will work with a broad range of businesses, advising on complex and high-value commercial contracts and helping clients navigate their most important commercial relationships.

  • A commercially minded and entrepreneurial approach
