We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Specialist to help us review, redline, organize, and move customer and vendor agreements toward signature.
About the Role
You will prepare the first redlines of commercial agreements, identify contractual risks, explain proposed changes, and escalate important legal or business decisions to company leadership or outside counsel.
You will work closely with our executive, sales, delivery, finance, compliance, and operations teams to help contracts progress accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare initial redlines for MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, software agreements, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, and professional services contracts
- Compare customer language against Atlas Bench standard positions and templates
- Identify concerns involving liability, indemnification, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, security, insurance, payment terms, warranties, and termination rights
- Prepare concise summaries of contractual changes, risks, and items requiring leadership or legal review
- Coordinate contract revisions, approvals, signatures, renewals, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate contract records, version histories, templates, and approval trails
- Support compliance questionnaires, insurance requirements, security documentation, and customer procurement requests
- Help improve Atlas Bench contract processes, templates, playbooks, and turnaround times

Qualifications
- At least three years of commercial contract review, drafting, or contract operations experience
- Experience with technology, SaaS, consulting, managed services, or professional services agreements
- Experience reviewing MSAs and SOWs
- Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to identify risks and prepare practical redlines without independently making final business decisions
- Strong organization, communication, follow through, and ownership
- Professional legal experience or formal legal education related to commercial contracts is strongly preferred
- Full availability during US Eastern Time business hours is required
