If you are an experienced FMCG commercial leader with a proven track record of managing major grocery retail accounts, delivering sustainable growth, and leading high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.

You will lead the development and execution of annual and long-term Joint Business Plans, build strong senior-level customer relationships, and work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding commercial results.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, lead innovation programmes, and shape the future growth of a major retail partnership.

- Lead cross-functional customer business teams across Commercial, Marketing, Category, Innovation, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Drive customer-focused innovation and NPD programmes aligned to long-term customer strategies.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and effective management of risks and opportunities.
- Own financial governance processes and collaborate closely with Commercial Finance.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally and ensure business plans align with customer objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
