ABOUT US
purplepanorama is a new-gen consultancy, incubation and advisory collective working across lifestyle, beauty and self-care. We partner with a curated portfolio of directional brands to build and scale across markets, combining strategy, commercial development and hands-on execution.
We’re a small, entrepreneurial team where priorities move quickly and relationships are at the heart of how we work. There’s plenty of scope to learn fast, take on responsibility and make an impact from day one. This is an opportunity to take real ownership early in your career and grow alongside the business.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Brand Coordinator to sit at the heart of our brand and commercial activity. The role spans three core areas:
01 SALES & ACCOUNT GROWTH
- Help us find, win and grow the right accounts for our brands.
- Build and manage prospect pipelines across key markets, researching retailers, partners and new commercial opportunities.
- Support outreach, follow-ups and new account onboarding.
- Manage existing accounts across sales, stock, reorders, feedback and opportunities, building strong long-term partner relationships.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand brand distribution.
- Support sales meetings, market appointments and presentations with relevant account and performance information.
- Work closely with the Brand & Commercial Lead on commercial priorities and day-to-day problem solving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

ABOUT YOU
You’re someone who likes making things happen. Commercially curious and exceptionally organised, you’re comfortable moving between sales, relationships and execution. You can work independently, but thrive as part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach.
- Commercial instinct and curiosity.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and ideally experience with CRM systems such as Zoho.

As purplepanorama grows, we want the role to grow with you, from coordination and commercial support into increasing ownership of brands, accounts and markets.
