About the role
The Commercial Coordinator provides essential administrative and commercial support to the Commercial Team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of CCTV survey outputs, commercial data, pricing submissions, performance reporting and compliance requirements.
Working closely with operational, commercial and client stakeholders, the Commercial Coordinator ensures the accurate management of information that enables the business to deliver excellent customer service, meet contractual obligations and achieve its commercial objectives.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate the receipt, validation, processing and submission of CCTV survey data and associated deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely issue to clients.
- Administer client portals and systems, including the submission of pricing modules, supporting documentation, and other contractual information.
- Maintain accurate commercial records, databases and filing systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company and client requirements.
- Produce, maintain and distribute KPI reports, performance dashboards and management information to support business decision-making.
- Collate, analyse and merge data from multiple sources to provide meaningful operational and commercial insights.
- Support the monitoring of contractual compliance requirements, ensuring records, documentation and submissions are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Liaise with operational teams, field engineers, clients and commercial colleagues to ensure information is captured, processed and communicated effectively.
- Assist with the preparation of quotations, pricing schedules, commercial submissions and customer reports as required.
- Identify and investigate data discrepancies, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and improve data quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative and commercial processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Team, including document preparation, data entry, record management and correspondence.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and relevant legislative requirements.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role to support the objectives of the Commercial Team and wider business.

More about you
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an administrative, commercial support, coordination, or business support role.
- Experience using client portals, databases, or workflow management systems.
- Strong IT literacy, including confident use of workflow systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
- Experience working within a utilities, drainage, construction, engineering, or service environment (desirable).
