This brand new role will play a key part in helping grow income to support the Northern Roots charity. You’ll coordinate corporate bookings, events and room hire in our new Welcome Building, oversee our shop and veg box scheme, and support a growing network of small businesses on site, from beekeepers to yoga practitioners.
Working closely with our Head of Income Generation, you’ll help develop new opportunities, shape our commercial offer and create inspiring experiences for visitors and partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new role, build skills across different income streams and be part of an ambitious, growing organisation.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2027. Full time (37.5 hours a week) across 5 days. Regular weekend working will be required once Northern Roots transitions to a seven day work pattern from August 2026.
