About Evolito

Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and General Aviation.

As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.

Role Overview

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Coordinator in our Commercial Team to be responsible for product sales administration and coordination process from quote generation through to customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end sales order process
  • Coordinate all product sales administration activities, from quotation generation through to customer delivery
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of sales support documentation, including NDAs, quotations, terms and conditions, customer requirements/questionnaires, RMAs, technical drawings, datasheets, and other customer-facing materials under NDA
  • Coordinate product deliveries and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
  • Support Business Development activities by ensuring sales processes are followed and all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain the CRM system and customer database, including legal agreements, NDAs, and terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure sales orders are processed correctly within the ERP system and customer invoices are issued accurately
  • Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and other customer-facing events
  • Liaise with Production and wider operational teams to coordinate order fulfilment and logistics
  • Manage customer returns and the associated return authorisation process.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with product configurations and corresponding part numbers
  • Familiarity with production process steps
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to work effectively within a small team
  • Good IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
