We’re looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. A Commercial Coordinator at Pret
A Commercial Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the buying team and keeping projects organised from start to finish. From coordinating product launches and managing supplier information to maintaining accurate pricing, product data, and legal documentation, they help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role also supports competitor pricing analysis and shop planograms, helping deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience across the Pret estate. It’s a fast-paced, detail-focused role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively across different teams.
Over time, and depending on performance and capability, there may be opportunities to take ownership of smaller buying projects with the support of a Buyer, as well as attend supplier meetings, supplier visits and range reviews to further develop your commercial and buying expertise.
Key responsibilities
- To support the buying team by managing all administration, coordinating all aspects of the buying process, and collecting and processing information to ensure accurate day-to-day operations and successful project launches.
- To provide buying coordination of all activities relating to NPD, EPD and launch meetings. This includes, but is not limited to, management of key deadlines, coordinating the setup of new ingredients, ensuring accuracy of pricing for product launches on systems and launch files at an ingredient and product level.
- To provide coordination of all buying compliance related activities in collaboration with buyers and legal, including preparation of legal documentation and management of process flow from creation to signature and storage.
- Assisting with ad hoc buyers requests and product data compilation.
- Monthly collation and data input of competitor pricing to build reporting for the buying and wider commercial teams, including commentary of key price moves and price position in the market.
- Creating and maintaining planograms to ensure picture perfect langar's across the Pret estate, ensuring accurate management of planogram software and alignment with shop ranging based on shop type and geography.

Experience and Skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business
- Self-motivated, able to work well within a team and independently
- Well-organised with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritise workload
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work to targets and strict deadlines
- Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel would benefit this role

The interview journey
Every interview process at Pret begins with the same two stages. First, you’ll have a relaxed 30-minute conversation with our recruitment team so we can get to know you and your experience. Next, you’ll be invited to a one-hour, in-person interview with the hiring manager at our Head Office in London Victoria.
Depending on the role and function, there may be additional stages. These could include time spent in one of our shops, completing a task, or meeting a senior leader.
