About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to negotiate a wide range of commercial property agreements, focusing on supporting our Physical Presence department.
You'll help develop our strategy while managing multiple deals across jurisdictions.

What you'll be doing
- Advising on property leases and other commercial contracts associated with physical products, from ATMs to related partnership agreements
- Providing time-sensitive commercial, operational, and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders on aspects of commercial property deals
- Serving as lead counsel and project manager on strategic deals related to global physical presence
- Resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships
- Developing and implementing efficient and streamlined contract negotiations and vendor management processes
- Creating and maintaining standard form agreements, and building processes to reduce the legal support required for these agreements

What you'll need
- 2+ years of PQE
- Excellent academic credentials
- Expertise in commercial real estate and/or property law
- Experience managing complex commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment
- To excel at leadership while also undertaking executional work, handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
- Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience working in-house
- Experience within a bank's physical presence or branch team, or direct experience handling ATM placement, deployment, and distribution agreements
