Commercial & Customer Operations Manager

We’re recruiting for a Commercial & Customer Operations Manager to join an established food manufacturing business in Lanark.
This is a varied role covering customer service, forecasting, order management, logistics, and commercial reporting, working closely with National Account Managers and senior stakeholders.
The Role
- Own customer forecasting, demand planning, and order management.
- Coordinate warehouses, transport, and supply chain to deliver excellent OTIF service.
- Manage export orders, freight, and shipping documentation.
- Produce sales reports, KPI dashboards, and customer reviews.
- Maintain pricing, CRM, customer portals, and master data.
- Support promotions, NPD launches, and customer onboarding.
- Identify and drive process and service improvements.

About You
- 3+ years' experience in customer service, commercial operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- FMCG, foodservice, wholesale, or manufacturing experience.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Commercially aware, organized, and highly customer-focused.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ERP/MRP, CRM, Power BI, or export experience would be advantageous.
