Job Description

Dentsu is an integrated growth and transformation partner to the world’s leading organizations. Founded in 1901 in Tokyo, Japan, and now present in over 145 countries and regions, it has a proven track record of nurturing and developing innovations, combining the talents of its global network of leadership brands to develop impactful and integrated growth solutions for clients. Dentsu delivers end-to-end experience transformation (EX) by integrating its services across Media, CXM and Creative, while its business transformation (BX) mindset pushes the boundaries of transformation and sustainable growth for brands, people and society.

Purpose of the Role

The Commercial Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery of commercial commitments across dentsu’s digital media activity. Acting as the link between Client Partners, Investment teams, and external auditors, the role oversees performance-related fee (PRF) processes, digital audits, campaign data management, and delivery reporting to ensure client commitments and commercial guarantees are met.

Working closely with buying, activation, and commercial teams, the role drives data accuracy, process consistency, and operational excellence across digital, social, search, and programmatic channels. The Commercial Delivery Manager identifies risks and opportunities through data analysis, supports audit readiness, leads training on key processes and systems, and helps improve reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency, compliance, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the accurate tracking, reporting, and governance of commercial delivery commitments, PRFs, audits, and campaign data across digital channels.
  • Lead the monthly delivery tracking process, forecasting buying commitments, identifying risks, and providing clear performance commentary and recommendations.
  • Coordinate digital and social audit activity, working with auditors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Analyse campaign, pricing, and market data to identify trends, discrepancies, opportunities, and actionable commercial insights.
  • Partner with buying and activation teams to improve data collection processes, reporting consistency, and operational efficiency across digital media activity.
  • Maintain inflation reporting and market cost intelligence to support commercial decision-making and buying strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media owners, and external partners to resolve issues, ensure compliance with agreed terms, and support successful delivery.
  • Lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, supporting teams in audit processes, reporting standards, systems, and commercial best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
