Job Description
Our client is an established and successful Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment Contractor who deliver bespoke high-end refurbishment and extension projects ranging from circa £500K to £5M in Central Scotland. Projects and repeat business are obtained via a combination of Competitive tender, referral and direct one to one negotiation. To support the current workload and ongoing growth plan, they now seek an experienced Estimating Administrator, ideally with Commercial Fit Out experience to join this dynamic / profitable business.
The effective use of Conquest Estimating software package will be required to prepare clear and accurate cost plans and proposals from first principles to produce innovative, effective and robust tenders for their clients. As an experienced Estimator with solid Administration skills, ideally you will have at least 5-10 years experience of Administration / Estimating and winning projects within the Commercial Fit-Out sector that can be delivered profitably by their experienced production and delivery team.

This role will cover the full pre and post contract life cycle of refurbishment schemes from initial enquiry through to tender and final account agreement. A secure environment and an enjoyable culture of support and co-operation exists within this established specialist sub-Contractor. The client enjoys strong working relationships with their clients, supply chain of quality design teams and specialist sub-contractors.
