The Commercial Development Coordinator

The Commercial Development Coordinator will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial activity across Blenheim Palace and the wider Estate, including filming and photography projects, sponsorship and corporate partnerships, licensing initiatives and brand partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Development, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Palace, Gardens, Rural, Operations, Marketing, Visitor Experience, Retail and Events, helping to build strong internal and external relationships. This role plays an important part in supporting commercial growth and ensuring excellent experiences for partners, clients and visitors across the Estate.

What we are looking for:

  • Proactive, organised and able to keep projects moving across several workstreams
  • Strong relationship builder with a confident, professional and approachable communication style
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in business development, partnerships and revenue-generating activity
  • Collaborative team player who can work across operational, commercial and creative departments
  • Solutions-focused, calm under pressure and able to adapt when priorities change
  • Diplomatic and discreet, with the ability to manage confidential or sensitive information appropriately
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders, external partners, sponsors, agencies, production teams and suppliers
  • A positive ambassador for Blenheim Palace, with enthusiasm for delivering high standards and excellent partner experiences
