Commercial Development Representative
Nexteq is looking for a curious, commercially minded, and tech-savvy individual to help us identify and develop new business opportunities across our global technology markets. You will use AI tools, market intelligence, and customer data to research prospective customers, uncover promising opportunities, and start meaningful conversations through email, telephone, LinkedIn, industry events, and partner networks. You will also qualify inbound enquiries and help turn interest into sales-ready opportunities. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Global Technical Services, you will play an important role in growing our commercial pipeline across the gaming, broadcast, medical, and industrial sectors.

What you will do
- Research markets, companies, and potential customers using AI and commercial intelligence tools.
- Build targeted prospect lists and create personalized outreach.
- Engage prospective customers through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and understand customer needs, priorities, and timelines.
- Generate high-quality opportunities and support their handover to Sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and help improve lead-generation processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Explore new AI tools and suggest ways to improve commercial performance.

What we are looking for
You may be a graduate, an early-career professional, or someone with experience in sales, marketing, research, or a customer-facing role.
You Will Be
- A confident written and verbal communicator.
- Curious about customers, technology, and international markets.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and productivity.
- Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Commercially aware, resilient, and motivated by results.
- Confident starting conversations and asking thoughtful questions.
- Comfortable working across marketing, sales, and technical teams.
Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce would also be an advantage.
