The opportunity

As a Commercial Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering this change, working across digital and business innovation initiatives to design and build solutions that make a real difference.

What will you be doing?
- Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Develop automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate, copilot and always looking at evolving technologies.
- Deliver projects and workstreams from idea through to implementation.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Use data insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support change management and adoption of solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
What are we looking for?
- Experience or interest in data, automation, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, copilot studio or Blue Prism (or willingness to learn).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset and passion for innovation.
