This newly created position will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Felsted School’s commercial vision.


About Felsted School

Founded in 1564, Felsted School is a leading co-educational HMC and IAPS boarding and day school, educating circa 900 students aged 3–18. Located in a picturesque rural village in North Essex, the School occupies a stunning 90-acre campus. Felsted prides itself on being a welcoming and grounded school community which plays to the interests and strengths of the individual. Felsted celebrated 50 years of co-education in 2020 and was named ‘Boarding School of the Year’ at the 2023 TES Schools Awards.


The Role

The Commercial Director role brings together the current development, enterprise and global education operations under single leadership and working closely with admissions and marketing will drive revenue growth and strengthen the School’s position in the community and broader landscape.

Qualifications

Applications are welcomed from individuals with a proven track record in commercial leadership, revenue growth or business development within a service-orientated organisation, be that another independent school or a membership, hospitality, professional services or other educational setting.
