Commercial Director
each&everyone | Remote-first, London-connected | April 2026
ABOUT EACH&EVERYONE
each&everyone is a sports-first, culture-led influencer and creator marketing agency. We operate at the intersection of sport, content, and performance, building campaigns that move numbers, not just impressions.
In October 2025, we won a direct mandate from TikTok to deliver their global Athlete Programme a multi-market campaign spanning the UK, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Japan, Korea, Brazil, and the US, featuring some of the biggest names in international football. That win wasn’t luck. It was the result of years of deliberate relationship-building, a proven track record of delivery, and a clear point of view on where sport and creator culture are heading.
We’re now building the infrastructure to match the ambition, including proprietary technology that will eventually be licensed to agencies and brands as a standalone product. The Commercial Director will be the first senior sales hire in the business and central to both the agency revenue story and the technology commercial narrative.
This is a build role where you’ll shape a commercial function from the ground up within a business that already has the proof points, client relationships, and technology to match the ambition.
THE ROLE
The founder is currently the primary revenue generator. That needs to change, and this hire is how to make it happen.
This is not a traditional Head of Sales role. We're not looking for someone to manage a team of SDRs remotely. We're looking for a player-coach, someone who closes deals personally, builds a pipeline by hand, and constructs a repeatable sales function around them as they go.
Within 30 days, you'll own the CRM and outbound engine. Within 60 days, you'll have closed your first deal. Within 90 days, the founder will no longer be in day-to-day sales. That's the brief — and it's a genuine one.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Full pipeline ownership: GoHighLevel CRM, SmartLead outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator from day one
- Outbound lead generation, including your own black book and structured prospecting across sports brands, gaming and competition brands, fashion and apparel, beauty and personal care, FMCG, alcohol and beverage, automotive, travel and hospitality, financial services, platform brands, and any category with a meaningful influencer or creator marketing budget
- Discovery calls, proposal development, pitch delivery, and deal closure independently within 60 days
- Pitch deck and presentation creation, you own the commercial narrative end-to-end, from first slide to final sign-off. Working with the campaign and creative team on design, but the story and the structure are yours
- Weekly pipeline reporting to the CEO, one page, every Monday, no exceptions
- Handoff to the campaign delivery team on every Won deal, structured, complete, no dropped balls
- As a Sales Executive, you’ll direct their CRM and outreach activity, delegate effectively, and assess their development as a junior account manager
- Competitive intelligence mapping the ten agencies we most frequently compete against and feeding that into every pitch
- Sales playbook v1.0 documented by day 90, ready to train the next hire

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW
Network agencies are playing catch-up. We’ve been operating at the intersection of sport, culture, and creator for years, and we just proved it with the UK's largest direct TikTok mandate. The pipeline is real. The proof points are real. The technology is being built.
What's missing is a Commercial Director who can take everything that exists and turn it into closed revenue at scale. That's you if you're the right person.
HOW TO APPLY
Send us two things:
- Your CV, but make it count. We're not interested in job descriptions. Tell us what you've actually closed.
- One deal you personally closed in the last 18 months, the size, the client, how you found them, how you got it over the line. Two paragraphs maximum. No template answers.
No recruiters. No agencies. Direct applications only.
