About Us

Germains is a global leader in seed enhancement technology, helping seed companies, growers and food producers improve crop establishment, crop performance and productivity. Through seed priming, pelleting, health technologies and other seed enhancement solutions, we help customers unlock the full potential of seeds, delivering stronger crop performance and more reliable outcomes across agricultural markets worldwide.

Part of AB Agri, we're working towards a world where responsible nutrition is available to all. Together, our people help customers produce food more responsibly, efficiently and sustainably.

About the Role

This is a key position on the Germains Leadership Team. We're looking for an experienced commercial and marketing leader with a strong background in the seed industry, crop performance or seed technology sector. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead our global commercial, marketing and product management functions, shaping strategy, driving profitable growth and strengthening Germains' position as a market leader in seed enhancement technologies.

This is not a general commercial leadership opportunity. To be successful, you'll bring a deep understanding of the seed industry and the customer, technical and market dynamics that influence crop establishment, crop performance and agricultural productivity. You'll combine commercial expertise with the credibility to engage seed companies, distributors, technical specialists and industry stakeholders across multiple international markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
