Senior Events & Experiential Sales Leader – Maternity Cover
London | Fixed-Term Contract | Senior Leadership
We’re recruiting for an experienced senior commercial leader to take on a maternity cover contract, heading up an established Events, Experiential & Venue Sales team at one of London’s most exciting immersive entertainment destinations.
This is a senior maternity cover position, taking responsibility for an existing team, commercial strategy and revenue targets while the current leader is on maternity leave.

- Large-scale experiential and immersive brand activations

- Major brand and agency partnerships
- Commercial strategy, pipeline and revenue growth
You’ll lead and support the existing team, maintain momentum across the business and continue developing relationships with brands, experiential agencies, media/OOH agencies, venue finders, and corporate clients.
We’re looking for someone who can step into a senior leadership position quickly – an experienced commercial operator who understands how to lead a team, manage significant revenue targets, oversee major pitches and negotiations, and identify new opportunities across experiential and events.
