Commercial Director
My leading Insurance client are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Director to take ownership of written-lines tenders and complex renewal exercises, while overseeing, coaching, and developing junior Project Managers and Associates.
You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts across the full client lifecycle, lead tenders, renewals, and other market-facing projects. You'll also provide high-quality day-to-day client service and act as a trusted point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Experience:
- Previous Insurance experience
- Ideally have managed your own client Portfolio
- Strong background in client service and managing complex renewals
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £100,000 + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
