About Knightsbridge
Knightsbridge Business Sales is part of K3 Advisory Group, the UK’s leading business sales group, selling more businesses than any other broker in the UK.
We specialise in advising business owners, directors and shareholders who are considering the sale of their company, supporting clients from their initial exit planning through to a completed transaction.
Following continued growth in the Irish market and an increasing number of Irish business owners choosing Knightsbridge to manage the sale of their companies, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven individual to join our team as Commercial Director – Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent an established and highly successful business sales group in Ireland, working directly with company owners on one of the most important commercial decisions they will make.
The Role
This is a senior, client-facing sales role working with business owners across Ireland who are considering the sale of their company or planning their future exit.
Unlike a traditional Business Development Manager role, you will not be expected to generate your own leads or appointments.
You will be supported by our established Lead Generation and Diary Management teams, who will provide you with a consistent diary of pre-arranged and qualified meetings with business owners who have expressed an interest in discussing the potential sale of their company.
Your focus is simple: meet business owners, understand their business and objectives, demonstrate why Knightsbridge is the right partner to manage their sale, and secure their instruction.
During each appointment, you will conduct an in-depth fact-find to understand the company’s operations, financial performance, ownership structure and the shareholder’s objectives.
You will review relevant financial information, discuss potential value ranges and the owner’s expectations, and present a tailored strategy for taking their business to market, clearly demonstrating the benefits of working with Knightsbridge.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
