Commercial Director – New Business and Route to Market Lead

London HQ, hybrid working

Salary around £130,000, plus full executive benefits package

Our client, a £700m UK subsidiary of a global branded food giant at £20bn, is on the hunt for an outright New Business Champion, a subject matter sales expert with complete understanding of the entire customer universe in the FMCG industry only. You will be the visionary to design and lead exclusively, new growth pathways that will deliberately supplement volume distribution and market share, way beyond current grocery retail dominance.

  • You are an undisputed sales expert with a reputation and relationships in the multitude of customer trades, from Convenience, Wholesale and Horeca to new distribution worlds considered ‘white space’ for intelligent growth beyond the generally sleepy competition.
  • Nearly at the top of your sales game, one thing is for sure… you are on your way!
  • You have the ambition to lead an iconic, brave new commercial thinking, with the backing of a portfolio of instantly recognised brands in a £4.5bn fast changing ambient food category.
