Commercial Director | Technology Leaders Club

£200k+ earning potential | Fully Remote, UK

We've spent the last few years building the business. Now we're looking for someone to help us build the next version of it.

We're looking for a Commercial Director who is a genuine player-manager.

Someone who can lead, develop and grow a high-performing commercial team, but who still wants to be in front of clients, opening doors, creating opportunities and closing business themselves. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a sales team from a spreadsheet.

You'll take ownership of TLC's commercial function, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll need to be commercially sharp, entrepreneurial and comfortable with genuine ownership. Most importantly, you'll need to be able to sell and lead.

The package is deliberately structured to reward you as the team and commercial operation grows.

You'll also join TLC's SLT and have a genuine voice in where we take the business next.
