As we continue to grow
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Director to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering our commercial strategy, bringing together Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Commercial Strategy under one accountable leader.
This is an opportunity to influence the future direction of the business, working closely with the COO, Executive Team and Board to drive sustainable growth, maximise customer value and ensure every commercial decision is backed by robust insight and measurable outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and deliver the company's commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and shareholder expectations.
- Lead initiatives that drive customer growth, increase market penetration and maximise revenue and profitability.
- Take ownership of commercial performance across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition through to retention and advocacy.
- Provide strategic leadership to our Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience functions through their respective leadership teams.
- Shape our product portfolio, pricing strategy and customer propositions to ensure we remain competitive and deliver outstanding value.
- Use commercial insight, forecasting and data-led decision making to identify opportunities, manage risk and support business planning.
- Build a high-performing commercial organisation, developing leadership capability and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the COO, Executive Team and Board, providing commercial challenge, recommendations and insight.

What we’re looking for:
You'll be an experienced commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong track record of delivering commercial results.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant experience in senior commercial leadership positions.
- Experience leading Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
- A proven history of delivering sustainable revenue growth and commercial performance.
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability.
- Experience developing and implementing commercial strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including presenting to Boards and investors.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
