Commercial Director, Victrex Medical

Location: UK or USA

Reports to: Managing Director, Victrex Medical

Victrex Medical is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our global sales and marketing organisation and accelerate profitable growth across our Medical business. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping commercial strategy, strengthening customer partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth across global markets.

What you'll do

  • Lead the global commercial strategy and growth agenda for Victrex Medical.
  • Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth.
  • Lead and develop high-performing sales, marketing and commercial operations teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and bring deep market insight into business decisions.
  • Drive commercial excellence through forecasting, pipeline management, pricing and customer experience.
  • Act as a key member of the Medical Leadership Team.

About you

You will be a proven commercial leader with:

  • 10+ years' commercial leadership experience within MedTech, medical devices, healthcare technology or a similar regulated industry.
  • A track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • Experience leading and developing global teams across multiple functions.
  • Strong strategic, commercial and customer-facing capabilities.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification (MBA desirable).
