We’re hiring: Commercial Director 🏏
Emprise Group is home to the Barmy Army, England cricket’s supporters’ club and the UK’s leading cricket travel brand, alongside a growing family of sister brands: Barmy Army Travel, International Cricket Tours, Emprise Teamwear, R66T Academy and Emprise Digital.
Each brand has a loyal audience. The next stage of our growth is about running them as one group, so that someone who travels with us, buys our kit, joins as a member or sends their child to the R66T Academy is recognised and valued across all of it.
That’s where you come in.
The role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll build and lead a single group-wide commercial plan. You’ll have full autonomy over our non-travel revenue and work closely with the Operations Director on the commercial side of travel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
