Opportunity for a Commercial Litigator
We're working with a leading international law firm on a standout opportunity for a commercial litigator to join its growing policyholder-focused insurance disputes practice.
The role will work closely with highly regarded partners, offering exposure to sophisticated coverage disputes, litigation and arbitration, while retaining the scope to maintain a broader commercial disputes practice.

The work spans a genuinely broad mix of insurance classes, including Cyber, D&O, E&O, Property, Energy, Construction, Casualty and W&I. Alongside contentious matters, there is also the opportunity to develop experience in non-contentious insurance advisory work, including transactional insurance and policy advice.
The firm would be keen to speak to Associates or Senior Associates who:
- Have commercial litigation experience with a ground in insurance coverage.
- Have acted for either policyholders or insurers.
- Have experience of UK coverage litigation and/or arbitration.
- Want to build their practice with a growing, policyholder-led team.
