About the Opportunity

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Litigation / Disputes Lawyer to join a growing London litigation practice. The team is currently expanding and offers the opportunity to join at an early stage of its development, working alongside experienced litigators on complex, high-value disputes.

This is an opportunity to join a practice at an exciting stage of development, working alongside experienced commercial litigators on sophisticated claimant-side matters and gaining meaningful responsibility as the team continues to grow.

The Role

The successful candidate will work on a range of complex commercial and group litigation matters, including significant High Court and Commercial Court proceedings. The work is likely to include:

  • Complex, high-value and cross-border disputes
  • Large-scale group claims and multi-party litigation
  • High Court, Commercial Court and Business Court proceedings
  • Corporate accountability and commercial disputes
  • Competition-related litigation and damages claims
  • Injunctions, contractual disputes and other complex commercial matters
  • Strategically significant litigation involving multiple parties and jurisdictions

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for substantial aspects of matters as your experience develops, with increasing exposure to case strategy, client management and the conduct of litigation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Candidate

  • Training from a strong City / Magic Circle / Silver Circle or comparable firm
  • Experience in Commercial disputes and/or group litigation
  • High Court litigation experience preferred

Why Consider the Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join a practice at an exciting stage of growth, rather than stepping into an established team where your role is already defined.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation, gain exposure to experienced litigators and play a meaningful role in the continued development of the practice. The team is looking for lawyers who are ambitious, technically strong and comfortable taking ownership, rather than those who simply want to operate within a highly structured environment. As the practice develops, there will be scope for increasing responsibility, client exposure and involvement in the wider growth of the team.
