Salary: A GBP 18.50 - A GBP 21.50 per hour (depending on experience) + Benefits
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Location: West Yorkshire based, Nationwide contracts
Full Time, Permanent
Due to the nature of the role, early starts are required, with work typically commencing on site between 7:00am and 7:30am. Flexibility to accommodate early starts and travel to sites across the UK is essential.

Role overview
You will install the electrical infrastructure that supports Building Management Systems on a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across the UK.
Typical Work Includes
- Commercial electrical installations within plant rooms and energy centres
- HVAC and control wiring
- Cable containment and cable installation
- Installing and terminating BMS control panels
- Wiring sensors, actuators and associated equipment
- Reading electrical drawings and schematics
- Inspection, testing and fault finding
- Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
This role involves travelling to customer sites across the UK and will occasionally require working away during the week.
Essential Skills and Experience
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- AM2 Qualification
- ECS Gold Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commercial or industrial electrical installation experience
- Good understanding of BS7671

- Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Tridium or Honeywell systems
- IPAF
- PASMA
- SSSTS or SMSTS

Please note, this role involves early starts, with teams typically required to be on site between 7:00am and 7:30am, wherever in the UK the project is based. Candidates must be comfortable with early morning starts and travelling as required.
