Commercial & Events Coordinator

Up to £45k

Based in Heston, West London - Crosstown, part of the Karali Group

Free Doughnuts?

Crosstown is an award-winning scratch bakery where creativity, quality, and innovation come together to create London's favourite sourdough doughnuts. From classic favourites to bold seasonal creations, we're always raising the bar and looking for talented people to join the journey.

We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Commercial & Events Coordinator to join Crosstown and play a key role in growing our business and delivering brilliant experiences for our customers.

This is a genuinely varied role. One day you could be coordinating a wholesale order, the next planning a major event, supporting a new doughnut launch, or organising packaging. You’ll be at the heart of making things happen, bringing together customers, suppliers and internal teams, keeping multiple projects moving and making sure the detail is right.

If you’re organised, commercially curious, love building relationships and have a serious passion for doughnuts, this could be the role for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
