Are you a commercially driven leader who thrives on delivering growth, improving profitability, and building high-performing teams? We're seeking a UK&I Commercial Excellence Lead to join our UK&I Leadership Team and drive commercial performance across the region.
In this influential role, you'll partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into action, accelerating revenue growth, enhancing customer value, optimising sales effectiveness, and strengthening operational excellence.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the UK&I commercial excellence strategy to drive sustainable growth, market share, and profitability.
- Partnering with Country Managers and Sales Leaders to develop and execute winning commercial plans.
- Championing Value-Based Selling, improving sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM adoption (Salesforce).
- Driving pricing, margin improvement, tender excellence, and commercial performance initiatives.
- Delivering actionable insights through market analysis, customer intelligence, and performance reporting.
- Building commercial capability through training, coaching, territory planning, and organisational effectiveness.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the UK&I Leadership Team while collaborating with European Commercial Excellence peers.
- Overseeing key business support functions, including Sales Support, Product Support Services, Print Services, Workplace Operations, and UK&I EHS coordination.

Leadership Responsibility
You'll lead a diverse team including a Commercial Growth Partner, Commercial Business Partner, Sales Operations Manager, Sales Analyst, Tenders Administrator, and Sales Support Manager. Success will come through coaching, developing, and empowering your team while driving accountability, collaboration, and outstanding business results.
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Excellence, Commercial Transformation, or Sales Leadership within a B2B environment (manufacturing experience advantageous).
- A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and leading business transformation.
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen.
- Experience using CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in pricing, sales performance, and commercial strategy.
- A proactive, innovative approach with the ability to lead change and manage competing priorities.
