About the role

PwC helps organisations achieve sustainable, responsible growth by combining business strategy, customer insight, technology, and AI to deliver value for customers, employees, partners, and shareholders alike.

As part of the CLT Consulting team, you will work with leading consumer goods organisations to shape and deliver commercial transformation strategies, uncover new growth opportunities, enhance customer experiences, drive operational efficiencies, and embed AI-enabled ways of working.

This role will be instrumental in building and driving PwC’s AI proposition within the Consumer Goods and front-office consulting space, helping define market-leading offerings, develop innovative use cases, and champion AI adoption both internally and with clients.

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead complex front-office transformation programmes, manage client engagements, and oversee high-performing consulting teams while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

You will bring deep consumer goods expertise, strong programme leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation, helping clients unlock the value of AI across commercial operations.

Working within one of the industry's most recognised consulting practices, and alongside strategic technology partners including Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and leading cloud, data, cyber security, and automation specialists, you will contribute to transformative client outcomes, practice growth, and the continued evolution of PwC’s AI-led consulting capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
