What You Will Experience
As part of the Commercial Excellence Program, you will be based in London, United Kingdom, where you will work alongside experienced commercial professionals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and gain valuable exposure to an international business environment.
You Will Embark On
- A structured development journey combining learning, business exposure, and real-world challenges.
- Rotations across key commercial functions.
- Exposure to strategic customer interactions, commercial negotiations, and business decision-making.
- A dedicated mentor from Prysmian's leadership team to support your development throughout the program.

Who We Are Looking For
- Recent graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another STEM discipline.
- Passion & interest in technology and innovation.
- Ambitious self-starters who are hungry to learn, determined to succeed, and ready to go the extra mile to make an impact.
- International mobility is mandatory.
