Commercial Executive – Exhibitions
South London (onsite)
up to £40k DOE + commission

Our client is a growing and ambitious events business with a proven track record of delivering high profile exhibitions across multiple sectors. With an expanding portfolio and exciting growth plans, they’re looking for a Commercial Executive to support revenue growth, develop new business opportunities and build strong, long term client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious events sales professional who is hungry to identify new opportunities, grow revenue and develop their commercial career within a thriving events organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert new business prospects.
- Drive sales across exhibition stand space, sponsorship packages, and bespoke commercial opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets (including daily KPIs and monthly goals).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support ongoing business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, understanding business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage long term client relationships throughout the event lifecycle.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to maximise client ROI.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and support database growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to shape growth strategies and new features.
Experience & Skills
- 2 years experience in B2B Sales, ideally in event exhibition, sponsorship or media sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ambitious and new business focused mindset, with a passion for growth and identifying opportunity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach.
- Confident working in a fast paced, target driven environment with ambitious growth goals.
