Commercial Executive
£28,000 + uncapped commission (OTE up to 40% of basic salary)

We're recruiting for a Commercial Executive to join a successful events business, selling exhibition space and sponsorship across a portfolio of established security events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys the buzz of closing deals. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, developing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.
What you'll be doing
- Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages across a portfolio of market-leading events.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
- Managing the full sales process, from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Building lasting relationships with exhibitors to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Creating tailored commercial proposals and presenting solutions to clients.
- Working closely with the wider events team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Keeping customer information and sales activity up to date within the CRM system.

What we're looking for
- Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within events, exhibitions, media or sponsorship sales.
- A proven ability to win new business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident, proactive approach with a genuine passion for sales.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Experience using a CRM system to manage your pipeline.
